Here’s how the application process works:

1) Quick Prescreen Questionnaire

First up is a short set of questions to make sure you meet the basic requirements to be a surrogate. It only takes a few minutes. If everything looks good, you’ll move on to the next step.

2) Full Questionnaire

Once you pass the prescreen, we’ll send you the full application. It’s a little more in-depth and gives us a better idea of who you are, your story, lifestyle, health, pregnancy history, and why you’re interested in surrogacy. This part is all about you, and we’re here to support you through it.
